Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing can take longer during peak demand or if an order requires manual changes.

Shipping timeline (delivery estimates): Delivery time begins after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Standard shipping commonly runs about 9–15 days on average, but timing varies by destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Tracking: If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide it once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3–4 days to appear or refresh after shipment.
